AFAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,618 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFAP1_S668, AFAP1_S548, and AFAP1_S711. Each is linked with AFAP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
