AFAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,909 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, TIMP2, and ZYX. Each is linked with AFAP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
