AFAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,359 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAXDC2, SHMT1, and MIR4478. Each is linked with AFAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
