Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,911 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular transport, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, and Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with AFAP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1 results are reported.
