AEN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AEN RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, KMT2D, and TTN. Each is linked with AEN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEN-to-partner and partner-to-AEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by AEN-low versus AEN-high in PRAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
