AEN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AEN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 764 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-138P, RNA5SP68, and RN7SKP146. Each is linked with AEN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEN-to-partner and partner-to-AEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-138P grouped by AEN-low versus AEN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
