Across TCGA patient cohorts, AEBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, S6_pS240_S244, and STAT5a. Each is linked with AEBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEBP2-to-partner and partner-to-AEBP2 results are reported.
