AEBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AEBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X2, OR2L5, and OPN1MW. Each is linked with AEBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEBP2-to-partner and partner-to-AEBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X2 grouped by AEBP2-low versus AEBP2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AEBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AEBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
