AEBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AEBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 929 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK13, ARHGAP45, and ZNF777. Each is linked with AEBP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEBP2-to-partner and partner-to-AEBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK13 grouped by AEBP2-low versus AEBP2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AEBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AEBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
