Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AEBP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AEBP1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher AEBP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AEBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

LSCC, CCRCC, and COAD are the cancer types where AEBP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
