ADTRP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADTRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,840 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADTRP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, CTSZ, and EVI2B. Each is linked with ADTRP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADTRP-to-partner and partner-to-ADTRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADTRP versus PTPN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADTRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADTRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
