ADTRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADTRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADTRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2. Each is linked with ADTRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADTRP-to-partner and partner-to-ADTRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 grouped by ADTRP-low versus ADTRP-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADTRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADTRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
