ADSS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADSS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,685 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIPRL, SRSF7, and BROX. Each is linked with ADSS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADSS2 versus TIPRL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
