ADSS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,129 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS8, CACYBP, and CENPL. Each is linked with ADSS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADSS2 versus LGALS8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
