ADSS2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADSS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ADSS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADSS2 results are reported.
