ADSS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADSS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,553 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCB10, DESI2, and NUP133. Each is linked with ADSS2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADSS2 versus ABCB10 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
