ADSS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADSS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAD, ACER1, and OR10W1. Each is linked with ADSS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAD grouped by ADSS2-low versus ADSS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
