Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADSS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADSS1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ADSS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADSS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ADSS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
