ADSS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADSS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,252 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGLN3, ADM, and PRUNE2. Each is linked with ADSS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
