The most reproducible ADSS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with ADSS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADSS1 results are reported.
