ADSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST13, EP300, and ZC3H7B. Each is linked with ADSL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSL-to-partner and partner-to-ADSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADSL versus ST13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
