ADSL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADSL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,768 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A17, PHF5A, and TOMM22. Each is linked with ADSL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSL-to-partner and partner-to-ADSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADSL versus SLC25A17 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
