ADSL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADSL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with ADSL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSL-to-partner and partner-to-ADSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by ADSL-low versus ADSL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
