ADSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,132 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, PES1, and XRCC6. Each is linked with ADSL in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADSL-to-partner and partner-to-ADSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADSL versus TOMM22 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
