Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADRM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADRM1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ADRM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADRM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ADRM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
