ADRB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,343 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR43, WDR75, and ARHGDIB. Each is linked with ADRB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRB2-to-partner and partner-to-ADRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRB2 versus WDR43 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
