ADRB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 526 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFAND1, MOGAT3, and NUFIP2. Each is linked with ADRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRB2-to-partner and partner-to-ADRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRB2 versus ZFAND1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
