ADRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, OR13D1, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with ADRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRB2-to-partner and partner-to-ADRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by ADRB2-low versus ADRB2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
