ADRA2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,809 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRA2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OGFOD2, RGS3, and GPN2. Each is linked with ADRA2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OGFOD2 grouped by ADRA2B-low versus ADRA2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
