Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRA2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ADRA2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA2B results are reported.
