Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADRA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,714 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRA2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ADRA2B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by ADRA2B-low versus ADRA2B-high in LUNG_SCLC.
