Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADRA2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADRA2A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ADRA2A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADRA2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ADRA2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
