ADRA2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADRA2A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,516 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPA1, XYLT2, and CTTNBP2. Each is linked with ADRA2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA2A-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPA1 grouped by ADRA2A-low versus ADRA2A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
