ADRA1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,508 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRA1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8082, GOLGA6C, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with ADRA1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1D-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8082 grouped by ADRA1D-low versus ADRA1D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
