Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADRA1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADRA1A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ADRA1A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADRA1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCS, HNSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ADRA1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
