ADPRM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,819 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASE6, HABP4, and ARFGEF3_S636. Each is linked with ADPRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRM-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPRM versus RNASE6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
