ADPRHL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,474 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRHL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4A, IRS2, and IRS2_S736. Each is linked with ADPRHL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPRHL1 versus CUL4A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
