ADPRHL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRHL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,325 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, KLHL3, and MAP1A. Each is linked with ADPRHL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPRHL1 versus ASPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
