ADPRHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPRHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPRHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Myc, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ADPRHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADPRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Myc grouped by ADPRHL1-low versus ADPRHL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
