ADPGK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADPGK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,142 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADPGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPN9, IREB2, and AKAP13. Each is linked with ADPGK in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADPGK-to-partner and partner-to-ADPGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADPGK versus PTPN9 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADPGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADPGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
