ADORA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADORA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-4, KCNA5, and CDX4. Each is linked with ADORA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA3-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-4 grouped by ADORA3-low versus ADORA3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
