The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ADORA2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADORA2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ADORA2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
