ADORA2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADORA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,605 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHA, TSR1, and CRK. Each is linked with ADORA2B in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADORA2B versus LDHA in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
