ADORA2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADORA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,542 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EGFR, PLOD1, and PLOD2. Each is linked with ADORA2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADORA2B versus EGFR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
