Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADORA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,282 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADORA2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, Cytosolic ciliogenesis, and Regulation of protein processing. Each is linked with ADORA2B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion grouped by ADORA2B-low versus ADORA2B-high in BONE.
