Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADORA2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADORA2A data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ADORA2A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADORA2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, BRCA, and KICH are the cancer types where ADORA2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
