ADORA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADORA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,495 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC6, EIF2S1, and PSMB7. Each is linked with ADORA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA1-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC6 grouped by ADORA1-low versus ADORA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
