ADORA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADORA1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDHD2, EGLN2, and DRP2. Each is linked with ADORA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA1-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HDHD2 grouped by ADORA1-low versus ADORA1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
