ADO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,246 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARG, KIFBP, and DBN1. Each is linked with ADO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADO-to-partner and partner-to-ADO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADO versus PARG in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
