ADO

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADO-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFBP, SIRT1, and DDX50. Each is linked with ADO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADO-to-partner and partner-to-ADO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADO versus KIFBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
